  • How often can I have a cleaning completed?
    We offer one-time cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options.
  • What are your normal operating hours?
    Our normal workdays are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, this is subject to change at any time. We do work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both. Any contact made after our business hours, no matter the communication method, will be responded to within the next working day.
  • What are your operating hours for holidays?
    We are closed for major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve after 3 PM, and Christmas Day. If your scheduled appointment falls on one of these days, it will be rescheduled for one business day later.
  • Do you ever provide services outside of the normal operating hours you have listed?
    Yes! We understand that not everyone can have service completed within our normal operating hours. We will do all we can to attempt to accomodate your schedule.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    Payments are due in full on the day of service completion or at the time agreed upon by both parties. For your convenience, an invoice can be sent by email the same day services are rendered if requested. Payments can be confidentially and securely made by credit/debit card. We also accept cash AND Cash App! We do not accept checks at this time. Clients paying with cash may leave payment at the home or property. Please do not mail cash.
  • Are there certain things that you will not or cannot do?
    Yes! Spur Capital Cleaning Solutions technicians WILL NOT perform the following services: -Clean or remove blood or any bodily fluids, fire or water damage, or mold. We are not trained or equipped to safely clean these items. -Stubborn/Permanent Stains-those in wood, granite, soot, for example. -Spur Capital Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any dwelling/property with ANY insect infestation (including seasonal). In the event that an infestation is identified, we will leave the property. The client will be contacted immediately and charged for the time spent at the dwelling/property or a $50 cancellation fee. -Clean the interior of curio cabinets or hutches. -Clean floors on their hands and knees with the exception of bathroom floors. -Clean the inside of rooms that are currently under construction or remodel. -Run dishwashers. We are happy to load and unload. -Clean the inside of fireplaces or wood-burning stoves. These types of activities put our cleaning staff in danger of back injury or could even damage something in the home. There might be times when furniture should be moved to complete a thorough clean, (i.e. large chairs, tables, etc.) in these cases we are not responsible for damage due to aged/old or faulty manufacturing nor are we responsible for damage moving these items may cause to the floor. The cleaning staff will not move furniture containing electronics.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Yes! We at Spur Capital Cleaning Solutions, are very pet friendly. Big or small, we love them all! Our office should be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding pets. We ask that your pet is secured in a safe location on cleaning days so that it does not cause any interference with the services being provided. This helps to ensure that we are protected as well as your pet.
  • Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes! We as well as all of our technicians are covered under a liability insurance policy. We are bonded as well. We are happy to provide the documentation if requested.
  • Do you have a cancellation fee?
    Yes! Things are going to happen or come up in life. At one point or another, for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there will be a conflict and we'll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. As long as we have a 24 hour notice from the time the cleaning is set to occur, there will be no cancellation charge. If the cancellation or last minute rescheduling request is less than 24 hours, a $50.00 charge will occur.
  • What if an item is broken or damaged during my service?
    We train our technicians to take extra care with your belongings, because we know they are important to you. However, regrettably and although not common, there are times when items may be broken or damaged. If you believe a technician of Spur Capital Cleaning Solutions damaged an item in the dwelling/property, it must be reported to THE OWNER within twenty-four (24) hours from the completion of service in order to properly investigate the situation. If we damage anything during the cleaning service, the client will be notified immediately. In the event of damage, we reserve the option to repair or replace the item. We cannot take responsibility for items that were broken because they were not properly attached or secured (for example, a hanging picture that was improperly attached to the wall or an item that is propped against a surface)
  • What if I want to cancel my service completely?
    We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel your revolving cleaning service plan. If you ask to cancel all appointments during the cancellation period, you will still be charged your cleaning fee in full for all appointments scheduled during the cancellation period.
